DISASSEMBLY
Don’t worry, when we say “disassembly” it doesn’t mean we wail on your car with a sledge and a couple tire irons. This is such a surgical process, you’d be happy to have us remove your appendix (if you didn’t mind recuperating on a lift in our garage). What we do is…
- 1) Disassemble all body, engine, chassis and interior components
- 2) Tag, date and inventory each part
- 3) Record all vin and casting part numbers
- 4) Disassemble all suspension parts
RESTORE

- 1) Clean, replace or sand blast all rusted parts
- 2) Clean, rebuild/build, paint and or repair engine, drivetrain and suspension
- 3) Treat in acid bath, sandblast and or replace all body panels
- 4) Clean, replace and or customize interior
- 5) Sandblast or strip chassis and paint
- 6) Sand, primer and paint all body, suspension, engine bay and chassis parts
RE-ASSEMBLE
Oh, you want it put back together too? Just kidding. Yeah, we scoop up all those shiny parts and put ‘em back where they belong. That way, it looks like a car when we give it back to you. We…
- 1) Install new suspension, brakes and tires onto chassis
- 2) Install new engine, transmission and exhaust onto chassis
- 3) Install new body on to chassis
- 4) Install new interior
- 5) Install all new or restored glass and bright work
FINAL PREPARATION
Some say this stage of the process is better than sex. It ain’t. But it’s so damn close, we always bring a change of underwear. This is when we…
- 1) Align all body panels
- 2) 3 stage buff all body panels
- 3) Detail interior
- 4) Details exterior
- 5) Detail engine compartment
